The Signature
Traditional Ecuadorian chicken stew cooked in a vibrant citrus sauce made with naranjilla (lulo), passion fruit and beer — served with yellow rice, avocado and fried plantain.

A classic mixed ceviche of shrimp, squid and mussels, marinated in their own juices with fresh lime and tomato, finished with crisp red onion and fragrant cilantro. Served chilled with your choice of crunchy chifles, fried plantain or steamed rice.

A juicy, seasoned pork chop served with hearty menestra de lentejas — slow-cooked lentils bursting with flavour — alongside golden, crispy patacones and fluffy rice. A classic taste of Guayaquil.
